Below is a copy of our annual Community Grant Application.

The deadline is June 1^st, 2008.

The C.R.E.A.T.E. Community Project Fund provides an annual grant to assist an individual or group in the completion of an activity, event or project that fosters creativity in the community. A grant for up to $250 may be awarded from this fund. Anyone is eligible to apply for this grant.

Attach supporting materials and additional pages of information if needed. Two copies of the grant proposal must be sent to:

Decisions and announcements of grant recipients will be made by June 23, 2008.

Within 30 days of the completion of the project, we ask that the recipient of the grant provide C.R.E.A.T.E. with a list detailing how the money was spent, so that we may have this information for our own records.

In the event that the project cannot be carried out as planned, all unused funds must be returned to C.R.E.A.T.E.
