What: A new program for middle and high schoolers, ages 12 to 16.
Where: CrossFit Aestus
When: 7PM Tuesdays and Thursdays. Start Date September 20, 2016
How: A program built to develop General Physical Preparedness in Teens. Participants will learn how to Lift weights safely (with a USAW Level 1 instructor) as well as develop other areas of Fitness (flexibility, gymnastics, cardiovascular)
