CrossFit Aestus’ Weightlifting Class is back! This popular class is led by USAW Level 1 Instructor Doug O’ Neil.
Here are the details:
What: Olympic Weightlifting. Learn the basics and technique behind the Clean and Jerk and the Snatch.
When: Starting Oct. 25 and meeting Tuesday & Thursday from 7 to 8pm. The class will last 8 weeks.
Who: USAW Level1 Coach Doug O’Neil will teach you the basics and benefits of weightlifting while keeping the class fun.
