Yoga in the Park w/Justin Matthews

Justin began practicing yoga to build a stronger physical body and quickly realized how the practice followed him off the mat, unexpectedly encouraging him to treat everything with more
optimism, love, and respect. He believes that yoga should be accessible to everyone regardless of age, creed, or physical ability. His practice tends to flow a little slower and quieter with a focus on personal exploration and growth. He completed his 200 hour certification at One Heart Yoga in January 2017 and is very excited to share with the world the strength, peace, and fulfillment that can be cultivated by a regular yoga practice. Aside from yoga, Justin has a passion for growing, harvesting, cooking, and consuming delicious healthy food; spending time in the woods and on the water; playing music; and living every day as creatively and fully as possible.
